He went back into the cottage they'd shared in college, the property open to them as it was treated as a home for the team when they had house duties or needed a place to hide. Hope had bought the house, and rented it out, eventually just selling it to Logan.
He found Hope sitting on the back porch, her arms around her knees. In front of her he saw the picture of her parents, and it dawned on him why she took off.
